Mather House offered a peaceful retreat. The room was spacious, with a lovely view over the gardens. Breakfast options stood out, providing a great start to the day. Plenty of parking made things convenient. no one greeted upon check-in, which felt a bit eerie at night with poor lighting outside. The bathroom heating made it uncomfortable for sleeping. the cleanliness was impressive, but the absence of staff presence at key moments was a downside.

Perfect for families seeking comfort
The room was big and light and there was a separate room for our child which was really nice to have. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and views over the gardens, peaceful, just what a family needs.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the comfort provided, it was still acceptable.
